Please note that participants will organize and cover their own travelling and accommodation.  The seminar will be organised in the Light House, street address Ilkantie 4, 00400 Helsinki. The Light House is located just outside downtown Helsinki, and is easily reached by public transportation. The hotel closest to the seminar venue is Best Western Hotel Haaga www.hotelhaaga.fi

Cancellation policy

The minimum number of participants is 15 persons. The participants will be informed by September 15th 2010 whether the seminar will be organized or not. Cancellation deadline is the 1st of September 2010. Please note that prior to that date you will be able to cancel your registration without any charge but after the 1st of September you will be charged 50% of the seminar fee, and after the 1st of October the entire seminar fee will be charged. If the participant does not cancel his/her registration at all or does not show up in the course, the fee will be charged in full. NB: Diak can not be held responsible for any travel cancellations that is beyond their control. If required, the presenter is responsible for their own private cancellation insurance.
