Welcome to Diak's Turku Campus
Diaconia
University of Applied Sciences (Diak) consists of four units and seven
campuses located in different regions of Finland.
Diak's Turku
Campus, founded in 1998, trains professionals in the fields of sign
language interpreting and media. There are about 200 students at Turku
campus, which provides unique possibilities for high quality education and
training in a cosy atmosphere. At the same time all the activities of the
vivid and active student life of Turku are at hand.
The education
at Turku Campus focuses on freedom of communication, efficient and
creative use of new technology, civic participation and empowerment.
Turku
Campus offers education in two Degree Programmes. Both programmes
emphasise the close connection with the working life. The education is
designed to help the students to gain solid professional competence and
develop a high standard for professional ethics.
